Meet your teacher
Hi, I’m Aman
I teach yoga for the seasons of motherhood: pregnancy, the months after birth, and the everyday practice that keeps you steady in between. My classes are live, online and small, so I can see you, adapt to your body and never rush you through a template.
Every expecting or new mother deserves a teacher who understands what is safe for her stage. That is the work I have trained for, and it is why safety and comfort come before depth in every class I teach.
- Specialised in prenatal and postnatal yoga
- Live online classes you join from home
- Small groups with personal attention

Common questions from mothers

Yes, with your doctor or midwife’s go-ahead. First-trimester classes are especially gentle, with plenty of rest, and we adapt as your pregnancy progresses.
Not at all. Most of our mothers start during pregnancy with no experience. Every pose is taught step by step with props and variations.
Usually after your postnatal check-up, around six weeks after birth, once your doctor is happy for you to start. Caesarean births may need a little longer, and we plan around that with you.
Yes. Because classes are online, your baby can be right beside you. Postnatal sessions are relaxed, with room to feed, soothe or pause whenever you need to.
Classes are live online, so you need a yoga mat, a little floor space, a bottle of water and a phone, tablet or laptop with a steady internet connection. A cushion or two is useful for support. We send the class link before each session.
Send a message through the contact page or on WhatsApp. We will suggest the right class, help you book and send you the link for your first live session.
