What we offer
Three practices, one gentle approach
Every class at Aman Yoga Space is taught live online in a small group, with attention to your body and the stage of life you are in. Read about each practice below. If you are unsure where to start, book a call and we will guide you.

Prenatal Yoga
Move gently through every trimester
Prenatal yoga adapts to your changing body. Each class is planned for the trimester you are in, with modified poses, props and rest built in, so you are never pushed beyond what feels right. We ask every mother to get clearance from her doctor or midwife before joining, and to tell us about any complications so we can adjust the practice for you.
What a session looks like
We begin with a short check-in on camera and gentle breathing. Slow, supported movement follows: hip openers, side stretches and standing poses near a wall or chair for balance. Every class closes with deep relaxation, and there is time to connect with the other expecting mothers in the group.
Benefits
- Relief from lower back, hip and pelvic discomfort
- Breathing techniques you can use during labor
- A calmer mind and better sleep
- A community of mothers on the same journey
Postnatal Yoga
Rebuild strength after birth
The weeks and months after birth ask a lot of your body. Postnatal yoga focuses on recovery: rebuilding the pelvic floor and deep core, releasing the neck, shoulders and upper back from feeding and carrying, and restoring energy without strain. Classes are gentle and progress at your pace, whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean. We recommend joining after your postnatal check-up, usually around six weeks, once your doctor has given the go-ahead.
What we focus on
- Pelvic floor awareness and gradual strengthening
- Deep core rebuilding, with care for diastasis recti
- Posture, neck and shoulder release
- Breathwork for rest and emotional balance
Mom-and-baby friendly
Because classes are online, your baby can be right beside you. Sessions are relaxed, with room to feed, soothe or pause whenever you need to.

Hatha Yoga
Balance for every body
Hatha is a steady, classical practice open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Poses are held long enough to build strength and awareness, and each class balances movement with breathwork and relaxation. It is a grounded way to improve flexibility, build strength and calm the mind.
What you will build
- Flexibility: safe, progressive stretching for hips, spine and shoulders
- Strength: standing poses and holds that build stability without strain
- Breathwork: pranayama techniques to steady the mind and improve focus
- Variations offered in every class, so all levels practise together
